Buying online seems to be the struggle. Going to the store and actually having managers to talk to worked wonders and they'd always try to make things right.


I was on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a "supervisor" on the phone, talked to somebody with roosters in the background, and they don't have the authority to do anything. They have no escalation either. He said I can contact corporate through the website. So here I am, creating a forum user and also sent a DM on Twitter trying to get assistance. They call me an "Elite" member, but I feel nothing like it.
