About the same thing is happening to me. So I feel your pain. Smiley Sad

First off I have been a customer of Best Buy for at least 20 years.

I tried to make a small online order yesterday for some movies I was interested in buying.

Order(s) went through but were all canceled within minutes.

 

I tried 3 different credit cards and also PayPal. I use these payment types at other stores all the time with no problems and also the last (sixth) ordered I tried to make today I made sure the shipping and the bank address were exactly the same. It was also accepted, but this time it took about 20 minutes to get another canceled email.

I also have enough funds and credit. I really hate to give my $ to another store(s), but I'm really lost as to why this is happening.

 

 

 

Maybe Wesley-BBY can help me out also. As when I chat with CS, they can not figure out why my orders are being canceled.
