Update: It is now January 14th, 2019 and still no refund. Emailed (removed per forum guidelines) January 5th, no response. Many failed customer service phone calls and chats. Best Buy says to check with PayPal as they have processed the refund on their end. PayPal says Best Buy is giving me the run around because they don't see a refund in their system. I have a Best Buy return receipt saying I am to get a PayPal refund? Why is this taking so long? I have heard I will see my refund within 24 hours at least three out of the last four phone calls. HELP!
