yeah i have talked to like 10 different people between the best buy credit card company and the website and no one has given me the solution to my issue yet. i have credit on my card that ive been trying to use since friday but every time i make an order it gets cancelled because it cant verify my information. now the person i talked to last night says i show as having two accounts with the same card but with different phone numbers and said i could get them merged to one account as i only have the one phone number. the guy gave me a reference number and everything and gave me the number of the credit card people who then told me that wasnt the case and that its the websites fault so apparently best buy doesnt want my business because this is ridiculous. the guy i talked to on live chat seemed to know what he was talking about and said that my issue has been reported yet i cant get the same answer from anyone

Very sorry to hear your ongoing issues. My issue wasn't with the credit card company but with Best Buy. Apparently it's not in Best Buy's business model to keep customers satisfied, neither at the store or at the corporate level. Luckily my issue was over $29, a small price to pay for this lesson. BB lost my families business, some years topping a few thousand over this insignificant sum.My tip: Most of what they offer can be purchased online for about the same price give or take shipping. I'm through with them. Good luck!
