I had a similar problem this week. A package was supposed to be delivered on 01/07/20, but at 3 in the morning I received an email that it would be late, possibly until 02/06/20. While chatting with a BB rep(I believe his name was something like Kingston), he informed me that it would arrive on its scheduled day, the 8'th and would not acknowledge that it was ever set for the 7'th even after I sent him the original confirmation email. Then I noticed the shippimg lable was created WHILE WE WERE CHATTING, which he would not acknowledge either. He then gave me a phone number where he said there was a special team who could contact the shipper and expedie delivery, turned out no such team exists.
I don't mind the item being a day late, stuff happens. It was the lies and deciept trying to cover up Best Buy's messing up. I had always thought better of Best Buy
