Thanks for the message and welcome to the Best Buy forum community! Currently, I would highly suggest double checking your Order Status on BestBuy.com to see if the code is in a “completed” or “fulfilled” status which would indicate that email was sent already. If that email hasn’t been sent yet, it’s possible that we’re waiting for codes to fulfill orders.

 

If you’re unsure on how to check your status on BestBuy.com, or your status is showing “complete” for the promo code, I’ll be happy to do what I can to help. For me to see your order details, I’ll simply need you to send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and order number.
