Same exact issue here! Ordered a new unit (Galaxy Color) it’s not new. Scratches all over and sounds tiny. Called and placed an exchange order, “new” UE MEGABOOM is delivered and same thing. Unit looks used and Serial Numbers on the speaker do not match the box (although from reading online seems like this could be normal for Logitech). This one didn’t even have the plastic the first speaker came in. Truly don’t feel like going into a store to try my luck with getting a helpful employee or manager willing to help me with this situation. Hopefully someone here can help us out!!!
