I want to update a review as well. I purchased a soundbar two months ago. At the time I was using an optical cable because my former TV did niot have eArc. I bought a new Sony TV and the sound bar crackles after around 20 min or so. I returned the TV thinking it was the TV. I bought a new more expensive TV and the issue persists. I have read in other forums, that my soundbar might have that issue consistently when connected via eArc. I troubleshooted with everyhting best buy told me.... EVERYTHING. I even ended up buying a pair of certified ultra high speed cables because it was suggested to me, but the problem persists. I bought the newest apple TV as suggested, a different TV ($500 more expensive) ultra high speed cables..... I can no longer return it, but at least help me fix it or even do a warranty exchange or something. I went from having a $1500 budget to $2700 on suggestions....... and still having to turn off the soundbar every 30 min because the crackle is insane.
any help would be appreciated please

I can imagine how frustrating it would be to encounter static every time you used to sound bar and I'd be glad to see how I can best assist you moving forward.
I do have a few questions based on your post so I can see what options are available. It sounds like you are still currently trying to get assistance with this sound issue. Is that correct? I would recommend working with the Geek Squad for assistance in diagnosing this issue as well as troubleshooting this.
We are generally unable to fulfill a manufacturers warranty so I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of this sound bar for more information on how this process works.
