I've got more or less the same problem as above, except that my orders are to be delivered to me in Sarasota..
I will send you a private message..as there was a very long wait when I tried to call thru to Customer Service..

It sounds like your international orders have been cancelling, but you're unable to pinpoint a reason why. This would be most frustrating, so I'm glad you've reached out for more information.
As mentioned on our International Orders page, we do not ship internationally, so you would be welcome to have this shipped to a friend or family member in the US, or pick it up at a store. Please keep in mind that we would be unable to ship to a freight forwarder or mailbox, such as one at a UPS store. Furthermore, when placing your order, you will want to ensure the billing address is the one listed on our International Orders page that I've also included below.
