Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. I was able to find your order using the information you provided when you signed up on the forum. However, I am not able to see the reasons of those cancellations. The case is still open from when you contacted our Customer Care team, and you should receive a follow up email soon after the investigation is complete.
