I'm going through almost the same problem. However, the payment of the order is not processed, because after I verify the credit card in the "verified by visa", the system does not return to the page of completion of the purchase. What can I do?

I can buy the backpack, but I can't buy the laptop, because verification only occurs when buying higher value.
I called the card company and they said that the problem is probably to redirect to the bestbuy website and so I should talk to you.
