I made a purchase on aug 31st online throught progressive leasing i finalized my lease and made my initial payment with them after i picked up my items at the store on sept 3rd bestbuy.com charged my account the full ammount for the items while i still have an active lease, i called progressive leasing and they confirmed that my lease was active and in good order and said the charge came from best buy i went to the store and showed the charge to the manager he would not help me saying he doesnt deal with bestbuy.com i know have a lease for 1945 dollars and best buy also deducted that full ammount from my account. 1800 best buy says they do not sed the charge and that its my banks fault go figure. What do i do?

Oh and by the way they dropped the pending transaction from Thursday and recharged it on Saturday so now my timeframe to wait for the the pending charge to drop has reset and my bank has cancelled my card due to suspicious charges from bestbuy.com
I am going to reach out to social media influencers from other merchants to have them mention this on social media platforms.

{removed per forum guidelines} This is the correct number, sorry i had an extra 8 in there, why dont we solve this here since i have noticed as soon as we dis the private message thing you focused entirely on my bank and ignored the other issued caused by your company such as store behavior and the fact that they have now charged me 3 times for one order and that is jot my banks fault it is best buys

We can communicate here or privately, your choice. I can say that some things can't be shared publicly, but we'll do our best here. Thanks for the update on the order number. I did look at your order and don't see that we placed these charges on your account at all. In regard to the extra authorizations on your account you will need to work with your bank. My guess is they will merely drop off your account after a prescribed amount of time from your bank. In regards to the interaction you had with this store, what would you specifically like to see happen?
