I have also been double billed. Can I have assistance? 

My order number: 

Order #{removed per forum guidelines}

What I bought: Keyboard. Total came to $52.99. 

Bank shows that i was charged twice.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us regarding your order. I know you're eager to receive your keyboard order, but I would be concerned as well if I saw multiple charges for one order on my bank account. 

 

Please know that this is likely an authorization, which does not allow us to collect funds, and the actual charge to collect the funds for the order. Under our BestBuy.com Terms and Conditions, we will typically authorize an order to ensure funds are available. Once the order is fulfilled, this authorization is reversed, and an actual charge placed on the form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, this is often a seamless experience, but sometimes you will see both reflected at the same time. Generally speaking, authorizations will drop off within a few business days. 

 

Should this not occur for you, or you see any other behavior regarding this order you find strange, please don't hesitate to reach out!
