I today had the same issue as the above. Went to go redeem my 2 digital giftcards and my member points for the same purchase and it sent me an email said my payment needed updating. I went to go check it and saw that the authorization failed for the giftcards.
Everytime I go to update the payment, it sends me to a screen saying the self service system is not working and to try again later.My husband and I called the customer service to get help and same thing as above, we kept on getting transferred to new people everytime we were put on hold (we went through 10 people! Not happy at all.)

Please help!!

I just want to complete my purchase without losing out on my 2 gift cards and my rewards points.

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our forum, and given this order failed I can understand you being concerned that these gift cards might be the issue.
