I received an email about an order I did not make and I tried to cancel it but I need to sign in to do that. I requested to reset my password but I received an email saying that my email isn't associated with any best buy account?
Also, I can't seem to create an account with the details I put in.
I'm not sure what to do now because it is being delivered soon.
I've read through the other threads about this but I could't find any solution.
I'd appreciate it if you could help me.
