I have exactly the same. FedEx misdelivered package and now Best Buy is trying to wash hands off.
All that I need to start an investigation with FedEx but I can't do that 'cause of their terms. I need a waiver or Best Buy must start the investigation on their end. I'm actually stuck with nothing.
