Same situation here,I recently purchased an order using few gift cards. The order went through, but a minute later, i received an email stating a payment problem. It stated that 3 of the gift cards that i had used had failed authorization. Prior to placing my order, i had checked, and indeed, i had the full intended balance. After placing the order, that balance portion was deducted dispite the fact that the gift card failed auhorization and the order wanted a new payment method or get cancelled. The deducted portion has still not returned to the gift card.

How does this happen? can someone from BB please assist?

I have the exact same problem. My online transaction failed and my three gift cards now show zero balances. I called Customer service multiple times and even went to Best Buy store. No one could help me. Can someone help me please?
