This is clearly not a problem for Geek Squad to resolve. The download site is insecure and no web browser will allow your customers to download Turbo Tax. Based on the numerous messages this has been an issue for months. I can't believe Best Buy has not posted a definitive solution that can be easily found on their Support Page by now. Your FAQ states you "may" need to install a download manager but I'm not being prompted to do so. A search of your site or the internet provides no information about installing a download manager. I'm trying to complete my taxes and do not have time to schedule an appointment with GS next week. How has this been resolved in the past, by going to the store to get a CD?
