Had a simillar issue. Purchased a digital copy of Corel Paint Shop Pro Ultimate 2021. The Key I entered to access was invalid. Tried several variations, but with no luck.
I have called/emailed and texted various help numbers and it's pretty much the same story. We will resolve this within 24 hours. This is such a bunch of bull. The first person I spoke with I heard a rooster in the background and I asked where she was calling from the Phillipines. I have a number of issues with this...why not hire a Canadian to work at home instead of outsourcing to another country. I lost my job to Covid.
Anyway there's been no resolution. and I feel I"m at BestBuy's mercy. I'm hoping that once the Stay at home order is lifted I'll be able to go to the store in person.
