I have the same problem. I ordered a digital Apple Gift Card and did not receive an email with the gift card code. My order status for the gift card on the website is that an email was sent and the gift card is ready to be redeemed. I did not receive that email. Please let the board know if you got your problem resolved and what steps you took, if any, to get it resolved.

I had the same issue. The rep I talked with first had me re-authenticate my email with the current order number. (see link below) Then she escalated the case when I still hadn't received the email for my gift card.
However, within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with her, I received the email. I can't say for sure which it was that did it, but escalating usually takes longer than 15 minutes, so it may have been the re-authentication that did the job.
Here is the link where you put in your email and order number. You will see a 'thank you for authenticating' message after clicking on 'view e card'.
If you don't receive any emails within an hour, then call support and ask specifically for the download department. (I spent an hour going through 3 other reps until they sent me to the right department.)

In some cases, these emails can be filtered out of your inbox. If you haven't done so, I would recommend double checking your Spam, Junk and Promotion folders.

I have been on chat multiple times as well as calling and have yet to receive my digital code order for my xbox game pass. This is beyond frustrating and can see old PM's of going through other issues with Best Buy and stating I will not shop here again.... guess I did not learn.
I am at over a week now with no product that I purchased....
