My item is marked as shipped but tracking is delayed and all that happened is a label was created. I contacted fedex and they stated that they are waiting on Best buy to request pick up for shipment. Can you help me?

I'm not sure when it was marked as shipped but I can guarantee you that almost any item that is generated on the same day does not see any shipping action until a couple of days later. Be aware that Saturday and Sunday are not typical days that Fed Ex and UPS deliver on unless you pick a partner shipment for next day or same day.
And today was the 4th of July. So given the weekend hurdles and the holiday you may see something happen on Tuesday for shipping.
