Exact same thing happened to me today. Paid the extra shipping because I needed my order in time for my nephews birthday. I know he'll be disappointed, just not as much as me. Made the mistake in ordering online from Best Buy for the first, and last time. Never again I guess. Didn't realize that it was that difficult. Never have any problems with Amazon.
