I am having the same issue, I tried activating my Cricket SIM and they denied saying it is not SOLD. Wish BestBuy does a better job handling this problem. Ironically I see posts all over internet dating back to 2017 with same problem, aparently BB never fixed the process. How do I activate my SIM? Even the return period is over on 08/15/21 ?
