I was recently able to purchase two items. One of the items came a few days ago. However, now, Best Buy is telling me that my card is unable to be processed. Why is that??

Welcome to our community forums. I know I'd be a bit surprised to discover that I couldn't use my card on a new order. There are several different reasons why this may happen and I'd be happy to take a closer look at this to see if I can provide some more details. Were you able to place orders that were then cancelled?
