This is happening for me as well. If I sign out on a browser and then try to sign in again, it takes me to the password reset and it lets me reset using the same password. Letting the browser remember me works and I don't  have sign in issues. Same deal with the app if I sign out and then try to sign back in again it takes me to the password reset. I just keep the app signed in, but they need to fix this issue.

Thank you for visiting us here on our community forums. As someone who does most of my shopping online I can imagine how frustrating it would be to encounter issues every time you logged in. I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this to help you get back to normal. I do have a few questions about how you visit our website. Do you use a VPN or browser that is not in English? These can cause problems when trying to log it. I would aslo recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies as a corrupted file can sometimes cause issues.
