...and if that's the attitude and approach of Best Buy, then it is yet another reason why it should NOT be the EXCLUSIVE SOURCE of ANY physical media product!!!!!!!!

This is what I was responding to in my last comment, in case it isn't clear to anyone reading this in the future.
"This is something that was done in all stores. I can understand the inconvenience to the customers that came to Best Buy for their favorite movies as predominantly Digital media has taken over the market.

That ship has long since sailed. I'm totally fed up with this and have no reason whatsoever to believe, as I've said COUNTLESS times to Best Buy "team members" on the phone and in live chats, that any replacement would be in any better condition!
