Did you ever get this fixed? I wanted to buy a cell phone to use on Verizon, nearest store is 75 miles away. I tried the advise tips on the forum, I added extra item to cart, I cleared cache on all the browsers, I used a Linux laptop to try to order, I used a ipad tablet to try to order, I used a Windows 10 PC desktop to try to order. I used my cell phone with Best Buy App. ALL gave me this message: "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now." Plus in those attempts my account locked up. I was on Best Buy Chat and the tech gave me a phone number to call to order. I called that number and this Best Buy said they do not take phone orders, I had to either go online to buy or to their store which was even further away, 130 miles, to order. I called Verizon, and they checked through my account to make sure things were working like it should. They gave me a Best Buy number that they were sure I could order from, called that number, and NOPE, they will not take orders, I had to go online to their I HATE BEST BUY SHOPPING CART and order there, or go to my nearest Best Buy Store 75 miles away. I can't be gone that long, we are calving out cows, I NEED TO ORDER ONLINE, ON THE I HATE BEST BUY'S SHOPPING CART. This shopping cart has been a problem for a long time, for all the posts I've read, AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Thank you for trying the steps listed in our knowledge base article for remedying such cart issues. I really do appreciate it, and understand that it can be frustrating that you’re not having any luck placing your order. I’d be happy to see what further advice, or assistance I may be able to offer you at this time.

 

Can you please double check that you’ve logged out of your account on all the devices you tried to remedy the issue on? This also includes alternative browsers that may have used too. Being logged into your account on more device or platform at a time can be causing the issue you’re experiencing. After you’ve logged out of your purchasing profile clear the Cache & Cookies on the device you’d like to use then try to add the item while not being logged into your account to your cart. Please let me know if you’re still having trouble!

I've had the same problem for the last two days. I've even tried ordering on multiple devices. It keeps saying my Verizon account is locked. I've contacted Verizon & everything is ok on their end, they said I could only try once per hour if the password was incorrect for safety purposes. My nearest store is 100 miles away. I've pretty much given up on ordering through BB at this point.
