I really do appreciate it, and understand that it can be frustrating that you’re not having any luck placing your order. I’d be happy to see what further advice, or assistance I may be able to offer you at this time.
Can you please double check that you’ve logged out of your account on all the devices you tried to remedy the issue on? This also includes alternative browsers that may have used too. Being logged into your account on more device or platform at a time can be causing the issue you’re experiencing. After you’ve logged out of your purchasing profile clear the Cache & Cookies on the device you’d like to use then try to add the item while not being logged into your account to your cart. Please let me know if you’re still having trouble!
