I have been having the same problem for the past six months, on and off. Did an online chat today about the problem and just told me to either go to the store or call to place the order. What is the since of having a website if you can’t place an order on it. It happen twice today alone. I’m not happy about this. I guess I need to look into buying my products off of Amazon since Best Buy doesn’t seem to what my business

Welcome to our community.  Having an order cancel is never fun, and I imagine after having it happen repeatedly for six months, I’d be looking for answers too.  I’m glad you found us and reached out for help here on the forum.
