I cannot get verification code either eve3n though I am an "elite customer."  Looks like I have two accounts but BBY would not let me delete one of them without verification.  Yet when I try to log in with one of the email addresses, I am told BBY does not see it in my account.  So I use the other email address to log in, password, etc, and it is ok bnut still wont let me make pruchases without making sure it is really me without verification. I have been doing this for a week.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Best Buy forum! I wouldn’t enjoy it if my account wasn’t allowing me to log in and make purchases as normal. I’m glad to you reached out so that we can make a few recommendations and see what we can do to help.

 

To start, can you please clarify a couple things? It sounds like you’re saying you have two BestBuy.com accounts under different emails—one of the emails you are trying to access but you don’t receive the verification code email and the second you can access, but it’s asking for some sort of extra verification when you place an order despite you already being logged in. Have you had trouble with someone accessing your account or using your My Best Buy certificates in the past?

 

After I receive that clarification, can you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address(es), and My Best Buy ID? Keep your information secure by using the blue “private message” option in my signature below this post.
