I believe I have the same problem as you. Just chrome and no ad-blocker plugin. Always works until yesterday. Has your case been solved? Thanks!

Have you ensured that you are logged out of all other devices? Such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

I am having the same issue. I was able to change the password. But I still can't get in because it wants to send me a verification code and I never receive it. I have cleaned the cache, tried different browsers. I do not have a VPN, no ad blockers. I was able to complete an order this morning - but since then I cannot SEE the order because the site says I haven't finished setting up my account. So frustrating. BTW - this has been going on for 2 yrs. Will someone from BB please look into this rampant problem. It's obviously not just one person or a new problem.
