I also have this issue, but ONLY with Chrome.
I can log in with IE, Edge, FireFox and Brave without issue, but Chrome makes me reset the PW (and I can reset it to the same old PW, bad security practice) and it STILL won't recognize the PW.
It's not a cache issue or the like as it only fails under Chrome. I'm using Brave to write this and it logged me in just fine.
Just for fun I did clear the caches on all of the browsers and they all work just fine, except Chrome.
Is there a setting or something that needs to be set to regain the ability to log in under my browser of choice?

Hi there Kbxm-
Welcome back to our Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time logging in to your account using Chrome. I know I've had websites I use daily break when using my favorite browser and it can be a real pain to use a whole browser just to visit one site. I'd be happy to help you look in to this to see if we can get this resolved.
In some cases issues like this can be caused due to a anti-virus or ad blocking software. I'd recommend verifying that our website is white listed to prevent any unintentional blocking. Using a VPN can also sometimes cause issues when logging in to your account.
Please let me know if these resolutions don't work and I'll be happy to do some further research in to this. I look forward to your response to see how I can best assist you.

AV made no difference at all and I used a completely clean browser so no ad-blocking software was in use. I don't use a VPN so that's not the issue either.
Chrome WAS working until recently and now isn't so there was a change on your end since nothing's changed on mine. It accepts the input, (I'm looking at the traffic on the wire) but claims it's incorrect when it really isn't so something either isn't being sent or is getting munged up along the way.

Hi there Kbxm-
Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having a difficult time logging in after trying these troubleshooting steps. It's definitely strange that this is only occurring when you're using Chrome. I'd like to do some further research in to this to see if I can be of any further assistance. Can you please send me a private message with some more information about your account? I will need your:
