Same here. I have been looking for all the solution about the issue of login BestBuy account. I tried to use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox), cleared all the cache, not using any vpn, and used different devices to login my account. But all show that "Sorry, a problem occurred during sign in. Please try again." I could not even reset my password. I believe this is some issue with my account on bestbuy.com. Please help. Thank you for your time.

Are you receiving the error while trying to reset your password? If so, then there is a chance you may not even have an active account. A BestBuy.com account will end up getting closed/retired after going inactive for an extended period of time. That just means we would need to create a new one. Otherwise, we may need to try using an alternative email address.
