Did you get yours fixed? Because I am having the same issue. I can't log in from any browser on my desktop but I can log in fine from my phones bestbuy app. Not using any VPN or ad block. And I have cleared cache/cookies but no luck. It is frustrating.

Welcome to our forums!  As it sounds like you’re aware, there are a few reasons you may have run into the issue you’ve described here, but luckily for you, you’ve come to the right place for help!

 

Since you’re able to log in on the Best Buy mobile app, I would recommend logging out of your account there first, in case that’s what has been causing the issue.  Once you’ve logged out of our app, try logging into your desktop computer again, making sure you’re not using any VPNs, ad-blocking software, or a non-English version of your web browser.

 

Also, it sounds like you’ve followed this step already, but be sure to clear the browser history of your desktop computer before attempting to log in once again.  I would also recommend attempting to enter your password manually, rather than from a saved file, in case this is the cause of the issue. 

 

If these still don’t work, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and offer any additional assistance I can.  I see you’ve also sent me a private message regarding your account, so I’ll be replying to your message momentarily.  To read my message, you’ll just need to log into your account here on our forums, and look to the orange envelope in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
