placed a digital order and I can't download it. When I click on it it opens a browser and says "were sorry something went wrong". Can someone help?
I have the same issue only its for
Professor Teaches Web - Office 2016 and Windows (1-Year Subscription)

Welcome to our forums. I’m sorry to hear there seems to be an issue accessing your recent digital purchase with us, but I’ll be happy to offer any additional clarification I can, and hopefully you’ll be able to utilize your software in no time.
For starters, you should see your software within your digital library, which you’ll be able to access through a link on this page. From there, you should have an access code for your software, which you can download from the publisher, Individual Software.
If you continue to have issues with your activation code, Individual Software has provided some troubleshooting steps here, and if you need any additional assistance from them, you’ll find their support page here.

If you’re still having trouble accessing your software, I’d check out my previous reply to your post, and connect with the publisher, Individual Software, to see if the troubleshooting steps they’ve provided (seen here) resolve the issue. Alternatively, they have a support team that can be contacted here, and I’m optimistic they’ll be able to provide you the assistance you’re looking for, so you can get started on that homework.

I can't download the office onto my MacBook air. Its not giving me the option on the {removed per forum guidelines}
