I just got a reject for the exact same issue. My credit score is well over 800, so I am trying to understand what this issue is about.

JJ, These folks were able to help me - my card was approved. Without your assistance, however, I would have been out of luck. The phone number on the letter that denied my credit application was of no help - it just repeated what the letter said and did not allow me to speak with anyone. That needs to be corrected - you are losing business.
