I ordered a laptop and paid over $25 for expedited shipping for it to arrive August 22nd. I need a ASAP for work. On August 22nd the order suddenly delayed. I called customer service and they said "the carrier didn't get it" and if I didn't get it by the next day, Friday August 23rd they would reimburse me. Well apparently the shipment is now moving but I'm not going to receive it until August 27th. It'll take 10 days from the day I ordered it and 5 days more than I paid for. Out of everything, I want a refund for paying for expedited shipping when it wasn't. I'm missing out on work and income because of this.
