I have to say that I have preordered 5 4K movies and never have received any emails pertaining to the early digital download codes. These were for.
1. The incredibles 2
2. Mary Poppins
I have received email confirmation that I have ordered these movies, but I never received any email with the earlydigital code. I also understand that there is a link that is supposed to be generated below or next to your movie title, which is also not there. My account must be broken.
can I get some assistance with my problem?

Welcome to our community. To be honest, it’s been a while since I’ve purchased a movie on DVD or Blu-ray, but there have been a few recent releases that have tempted me to do so. The digital download codes are far more my speed, so I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received any sort of email or download link for a few of your recent purchases.

I've had many replies concerning my account, but no solution has been presented just yet. When I phoned back last Friday, they said that they would try sending the Aquaman code through another e-mail (it was a G-mail account) and those codes did on fact work.
So Kudos for that working, but now I have the same problem. It was stated that when i used the codes.....it would show up in the "Digital Library" on the Best Buy website. WHen I looked....it still does not. So, I need someone to look into my account and not tell me nothing is wrong with it. Obviously, there still is, but I just can't say what. Whether someone rebuilds my account or tweaks it somehow I don't know, but ......I'd really like to start getting my digital codes whenever I make a Pre-Order.
