I have now received my second damaged steelbook in a row, one of which was the last of the available harry potter 4k collection and could not be replaced/had to be refunded. Something really needs to be done about the way these are being shipped. Such a pain to have to, at the least, drive to the store after ordering online to exchange or, at the worst, miss out on a limited product.

Welcome back to the forums, and thanks for reaching out about his. I love Harry Potter, so I know how important it is to have your collectibles arrive in good condition. I'm sorry that yours did not.
It sounds, from your post, like you already reached out about his and we weren't able to source a replacement. I'd be happy to double check on that to make sure it's still the case.
