What the hell is going on? I orderd my Airpods Pro last week 11/12 as a gift as it was stated as being delivered by 11/16.

 

Its now showing its been handed off to the USPS for some odd reason. Great. I don't trust USPS for anything.

Sorry, having issues signing in. Why private message? Considering there are many on this forum that feel the same way, perhaps in responding to me they can find out what's going on. It seems that Best Buy is selling items that aren't in stock and charging expedited shipping for nothing. If its delayed, great...let us know. Don't pull that crap that you have them in stock when you actually don't.

Without being supplied with that information, we would be unable to discuss a customer’s order/transaction in the community forum publicly.

As with any retailer, availability of a merchandise may vary based on inventory quantity supplied to us by the manufacturer, fulfillment obligations, or even its popularity. I purchased them at my local Apple Store and will be canceling / returning my order to Best Buy. I'm tired of Best Buys doing this, its  not the first time they've said they have something in stock when they don't.
