We placed an order for an ipad in Nov 22. The package somehow failed to deliver and was returned to warehouse. We called the representative and she told us the order was cancelled and we should be able to get the refund.


After one month, we still didn't receive the refund. One week ago, I contacted bestbuy representative and he finally figured out that they didn't initiate the refund. He told me he would do that soon and sent us an email.


However we still don't receive refund now, nor do we get any email. It's very annoying, and because of it, we have wasted enoumous time on it.


Could anyone help looking into this? Thanks! The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
