Question about returning a replacement

Hello! Had an issue with an order being lost and Best Buy sent me a replacement. I no longer need the replacement because I went out and bought one from the Best Buy store. On the online receipt page the replacement shows up as $0.00 but I want to return it to the store for a full refund. 


If I take the replacement back can I get a refund for the total amount or will there be a problem since it says $0.00?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for connecting with us regarding your replacement order. When orders get lost in the mail, it's never ideal, especially if you were needing it by a certain time frame. While I'm glad to hear we were able to reship the order to you, I understand why you may have simply visited your local store to purchase it. Under our Return & Exchange Promise, you should be able to visit your local store to return the reship within it's return and exchange period. The store associate's should be able to appropriately process your return for a refund.
