I returned two items two weeks ago and yesterday on my best buy page it says "we have processed your refund". But I didn't receive the money. I chatted with customer service and they said it will take 30 days for the refund to reflect on my account. But BestBuy's return policy says it will take up to 10 days. So which one is correct? I need to use the money in a short time and cannot wait for another month. Please help me with this!
