Question about in-store pickup order that was cancelled

I made a purchase last Friday and selected in-store pickup. I've been unable to pickup the items until today, but I received an email this morning stating that my order was cancelled. While I understand now that Best Buy only holds order for in-store pickup for five days (I thought I had at least seven days), is there anyway to undo the cancellation or to be able to repurchase the items for the same price?
