Question about a refund and possibly a complaint

To whom this may concern,

 

I ordered a laptop back in July 10 or 11 and I haven't received it. I contacted customer support who had no problem in sending a replacement for it. Days went on and when it was time to deliver it (I didn't have the tracking number at the time). I wasn't home during the time I was at college getting my books to start the new semester and this package required a signature so I thought for sure I would get it. FedEx then went on to drop my package off and apparently I signed for it despite my presence not being there and the package wasn't there so I'm not sure who signed for the package I even contacted my mom who was home fast asleep during that time and she didn't sign for any packages or even saw the package outside. I contacted customer support who said not to worry I'll receive a refund then I get a response back from someone named andro who said I need to work with my local law enforcement which is ridiculous I shouldn't have to waste my time studying to go down to a police station and have the cops waste their time on a package that was gone for basically 2 months I filed a dispute and they still said the same thing. I want another opinion on this matter because it's ridiculous how for $1400 something dollars I need to be given the run around.

Welcome to the Community Forums! We are happy to have you join us! However, I do wish it were under better circumstances. As someone who relies on computers for work and personal use, I can see how not receiving your computer twice and then not receiving a refund, is not ideal.
