I ordered an MSI GS75 ten days ago along with a mouse, external CD drive, an NVMe SSD and got 12-month financing on the order. I saw today that I had a 10% birthday discount and that it applied to the laptop I ordered, and since it still hadn't shipped I just cancelled it and ordered it again with the heavy $230 discount.
The thing is, the other three items were already delivered eight days ago and I already paid for the first month of the financing payment for the order. So how does that refund work? Will I get the laptop's portion of that payment refunded but not the rest?
Also, the Mouse and CD drive were discounted since I bought them with the laptop. I just realized that I lost the discount since the laptop from the original order was cancelled. Is there anyhing I can do about that? I would have never bought them in the first place if they weren't discounted.

Welcome to our community. You ask some great questions.
When items are sold as a bundle, discounts usually apply to all items that are part of the bundle. If any of the products are returned individually, the bundle savings no longer apply and the remaining products will be charged at their individual prices. You can find more information on this by visiting our Return & Exchange Promise.
To answer your first question, the discount from your coupon will be refunded to your method of payment, less the bundle discount for which your purchase is no longer eligible due to the return.
I hope this helps. If you have additional questions or concerns, please be sure to let me know. Thank you for writing to us.
