Purchased an expensive laptop and no delivery, no service, no clue

I puchased an Apple Macbook Pro for my daughter's distance learning on March 19th, with an expected delviery date by April 3rd.  On April 3rd, we recieved a notifcation that the laptop shipped, and recieved a tracking number.

 

The tracking number has yet to work with UPS, and the status of the shipment has remained in the "waiting for UPS to pickup" state.

 

We called customer service, who said it was scheduled to be delivered by April 10th via a courier they couldn't actually name.  If it didn't arrive buthe 19th, we were promised that service would call us and give us an update.  Of course that never happened.

 

Our customer service reference number is {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Please call us this morning to update us on what is happening.  My credit card has been charged over 2 thousand dollars and still no laptop, no service, and no clue about if it will ever arrive.

The moderator team here is not set up to make or take phone calls, they operate solely out of our social media platforms like this forum, Facebook, Twitter, etc.  If you are needing a phone call, unfortunately the 1-888-BestBuy is the option.  

 

The moderators can help with this, due to the extra traffic you may not see a reply for a few days.  They will respond once they reach your post in the queue.

Now customer service reps just put me back on hold and into the queue because they don't know what's going on.

 

This is the LAST time I will ever buy anything from Best Buy
