Purchased TV and Total tech found out paid $800 more if I had signed up for TT first

I purchased the LG G2 77" TV from Best Buy online on September 25th for $3799, along with total tech for $199.

The TV arrived yesterday, but then I found out something online.

Had I purchased Total Tech first, and then purchased the LG G2 77", I would have been able to get the same TV for $3063 dollars.

I have 13 days to return the tv and haven't opened the box yet.

This seems like a major oversight, that I could have purchased Total Tech, then the tv, instead of buying the tv and then total tech during the checkout, and saved myself over $600.

How can I go about getting this resolved? Otherwise I'll just have the tv picked back up, go to best buy and order another one and pay $800 less for the same TV I purchased 3 days ago.

It's late so I couldn't get up with customer service, but I'd appreciate if anyone could help me resolve this without going through a return and having best buy bring me another tv because they didn't advise me after sending an hour on the phone talking about which warranty service I should purchase that I could save $800 by simply buying total tech first.

This was handled by contacting total tech over the phone, spoke to a great guy named Kyle and he handled it in no time.

Just wanted to let anyone else know if you're having issues, call total tech.

Please know that we do have to speak to the original purchaser for any orders through their own accounts meaning if you purchased the order with your payment method we have to speak with you. I contacted you multiple times, and received no response in private message. So, as my son stated, contact Total Tech in the future over the phone, they will take care of you instead of giving you the run around over here.

Per the moderator to re-iterate per the Privacy Policy set by Best Buy messages that originate from someone other than the oriignal purchaser will be denied and that your son has to create an account on here with the email address he has in order to get assistance.
