Purchase in limbo

Hi there. So I attempted to purchase a laptop with my best buy credit card but was a bit short on available credit, so it cancelled the purchase. I then went and got approved for a little more credit and tried to buy it again.

Long story short... My bby credit card still is showing like I made the purchase (balance on the card), i've been told the purchase went through... But all I see on site is my cancelled order... It's still not showing I made a purchase, and therefore I can't pick it up. Btw... All this was done on 4/19.

Can any bby employee tell me when either the system will realize I bought something or put the funds back on my card?
