I made a purchase today of a Razer Huntsman keyboard. originally I scheduled it for pickup from the store in PA, however I am not allowed to leave the state of NJ due to the virus. As such I chose to switch that purchase for pickup at a NJ store, Upon doing so I was charged twice, for tax reasons. However I was not refunded the original 211.99 for the purchase in PA.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for your patience as you awaited our reply. Ordering a new Razer keyboard would be exciting, so I'm sure you were eager to pick this keyboard up at the store. With that said, I understand the store location had to change due to the current climate and local protocols.
When an order is placed online, we'll typically authorize the funds to ensure they're available. Once an order is fulfilled, the charge will be finalized. As you changed store locations, the original charge should have been reversed, as we authorize the new funds and then finalize those once the order is fulfilled at the new store. Just as any other refund, the original charge may take a few business days to be seen on your end. If you're still not seeing this refund, please don't hesitate to reach out!
